I liked that they included hanging brackets which could be used to provide additional support, and they can be used to install this set not only on a standard T-bar ceiling, but also as surface and wall mount installation. Instructions come in handy in this scenario. The set comes with a 2.4Ghz remote that controls both lights or each separately and can integrate with other lights if you have additional ones.
Installation is pretty much plug and play, instructions are detailed and well readable. This one was roughed a little but the sturdy box, corners and spacers along the sides give enough support so that both panels were intact inside their plastic wrapping. This item was delivered to me via courrier service which is not overly careful with large packages. It is deflinitely a great substitution for any outdated 2 x 2 fluorescent troffer. There is just a nice even consistent light scattered across the surface.
